Why I am starting this blog
Eight years of building AI systems, a lot of talks, and a podcast. This is where the written version of what I find will live.
Most of what I learn at work never gets written down. It ends up in a slide for one talk, in a podcast conversation, or in a message to a colleague, and then it is gone.
This blog is my fix for that. I want one place where I can post what I find while building AI systems and share the experiences behind them.

- Findings from real projects. What worked and what did not when putting RAG, agents and MLOps into production.
- Notes from talks. The written version of sessions I give at DevFests and hackathons, for people who were not in the room.
- Things I hear on the podcast. Ideas from Beyond The AI Hype guests that changed how I think.
Who I am
I am an AI consultant based in Brussels. I started as a data scientist in Casablanca in 2018, and I have been a community organizer with Google Developer Groups since 2017. You can see where I have spoken on the talks page, and the short version of my work is on the resume page.
